You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person may not maintain multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of content you create (diary entries, reviews, wishlists). By posting content, you grant ViiBy a license to display it within the service. You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Your data is private by default. We do not sell your personal information. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service. For full details, see our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Under GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to: • Access your personal data (via data export) • Rectify inaccurate data (via profile editing) • Delete your data (via account deletion) • Data portability (JSON export) • Withdraw consent at any time

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion: • All personal data is permanently removed • Your content is deleted or anonymized • Uploaded images are deleted from our servers • This action cannot be undone • You may create a new account afterward

You agree not to: • Violate any laws or regulations • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Post false or misleading information • Attempt to access others' accounts • Use automated systems to scrape data • Circumvent security measures

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any losses due to service unavailability.

ViiBy is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (if any).
